Little Miss Alison is just growing and growing! At 8 months, she is 17 pounds 6 ounces. She is such a sweet, good-natured baby and her smile is so beautiful! She is very close to crawling, but for now she is just happy to have a really good reach...she can usually get to whatever it is she wants just by reaching, and sometimes she falls on her stomach and then she is able to scoot or turn herself around. It's fun to watch her....she is one determined little girl if she sees something she wants! She is starting to eat Cheerios and puffs, and it's fun to watch her because she's very deliberate about picking things up to eat them. She is happiest sitting up and playing with toys, and she also likes the Jump-A-Roo, but she is good at letting us know when she needs a change of venue! She is starting to spit up less, which is a good thing for everyone! She is still having milk 4 times per day and eating baby food 3 times a day and taking two naps each day. And Lauren can still make her laugh better than anyone, which is one of my most favorite sounds! And when she sees me or Brad, she kicks her legs and gets really excited. And she will reach for people now if she wants to be held by them. And she still loves to touch people's faces, I like to tell people that is her way of saying "I love you." And we love her, she is such a sweet baby!!!
