Drew is TWO!!!

My sweet little boy is two years old!  However, for a few days before his birthday, every time I asked him how old he was going to be, he would say "ONE!"  But he got the hang of it the day before his birthday and would enthusiastically respond with "TWO!!!!"

We had a good time celebrating over the weekend!  Nana, Papa, Granddaddy, Grandma Connie, Uncle David and Aunt Blair came up on Friday night and Bob and Glen came over for dinner on Friday night, which ended up being the night we went trick or treating, so it was kind of a crazy night!

We had Drew's party the day before his birthday and all the out of town guests as well as Mum Mum and Aunt Anne and Uncle Charlie came over to celebrate our little guy.   Drew got several Thomas trains, Lightning McQueen cars, and a LeapTop computer and he has LOVED playing with everything ever since Saturday.  I love listening to him play with the trains because he will say "Come on, Thomas.  Over here."  And "James, are you ok?"  It's funny to hear him playing with the trains the same way the girls play with their Barbies.  He really enjoyed his dirt cake, and being here with our family!

DISLIKES: not getting his way,

He will repeat pretty much anything and everything he hears.  Some of his favorite phrases are as follows:
"Wanna watch CARS!?!?"
"Go bye-byes Mommy"
"It's right der!"

He is taking and gymnastics class, which he LOVES because he gets to run and jump, which are two of his most favorite pastimes.

The girls decided to put on a "show" after lunch, which was them dancing to Teen Beach Movie.  And Drew joined in too, it was really cute!  It's funny to see them belting out all the words, you can tell we listen to it a lot!!
