We are pretty much back to normal after our annual trip to Florida with Brad's family. It gets more and more fun each year as the girls get older.Lauren was SOOO excited to see her super sister Annabelle this year, which is so cool. I am so glad they have each other!
The Carlsons got back and got in the pool and as soon as the girls (Lauren and Annabelle) got out of the pool, they went to Annabelle's room to play Barbies.
Monday was rainy, so we just kinda relaxed around the house and when Alison was napping, we went to this pottery place to paint some pottery. It was really cute, and the kids had a good time being creative! I even made a birthday plate for our family.
Tuesday, we laid low again because it was kinda cloudy and Alison had an allergic reaction to something that we are still not sure about, but her left eye completely swelled shut! Pat and I took her to the ER, and the doctor said it was most likely some sort of allergic reaction, and he gave her some steroids. It was so strange, and we are still not sure what it could have been, but she was such a trooper at the hospital, and when she got up from her nap, it was a lot better! Brad arrived on Tuesday night, and I was really excited to see him!

Wednesday, all the Carlsons, Lauren, Nana & I headed to Orlando to go to Disney. What an experience! It is such an amazing place and we barely even scratched the surface! One day is definitely not enough time to do Disney, but we had a very princess experience! When we got into the the park, we watched a show on the veranda of Cinderella's castle, with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and several princes and princesses. Then, we saw another show with several more characters, including Jessie from Toy Story! Sarah needed to buy a new memory card, so we went into a building where we could see some princesses. While Sarah was getting her camera fixed, the girls, Nana and I went to stand in line to see the princesses. We waited about 40 minutes to see Cinderella, Belle and Sleeping Beauty. The girls were pretty good, a little impatient, but it was worth it. They were completely enamored with the princesses, who were so sweet to them! And they signed the autograph books. For some reason, they wouldn't let Sarah in, but we got some good pictures for her. After lunch, we went to our appointment at the Biddidi Bobbidi Boutique, which was adorable!! Lauren chose to be Ariel, and Annabelle chose Cinderella. They out on their outfits, and then were shown to the godmother in training to do their hair and make-up. Lauren chose the Diva hairdo, which included a hairpiece which reminded me of the Bump-It, but she looked so beautiful and she was so excited about the whole experience. The funniest part was when they took off her drape before the reveal, she had her legs crossed! How proper of her! After that, we did the carousel and the kids were beat. But we got out just in time before the TOTAL downpour!
Thursday, it was rainy again, so we had a lazy day at home, which was good because the kids were all pretty tired I think!

Saturday morning, our family went out to breakfast while Nana & Papa took the Carlsons to the airport. It's tough for Alison to eat breakfast out because almost everything has eggs in it! Brad and I hit the outlet mall for a bit and then we came back and got in the pool. It was another very beautiful day!
