So we got a little bit of snow (like 5 inches) on the day after Christmas. We didnt get to play in it on Monday soI tookthe girls out on Tuesday after everyone was gone! Alison was not so happy at first, I think partially because the boots she had were too big, but once she figured out how to walk, she was having fun and then all she wanted to do was go into the street so we had to come back inside. I feltbad because Lauren was having a great time, but I didn't think it was a good idea to let Alison play in the street! :)
On Friday, we headed to the Please Touch Museum for their "Countdown to Noon" party to celebrate New Year's Eve. It was PA
CKED but the girls had a great time! Lauren loves yhe little grocery store they have there and the carousel. And her friend Emily was there, so that was a nice surprise. The countdown was cute, they had people dressed up like the numbers, and then they did a countdown and a beach ball
dropped down from t
he ceiling and then they dumped all this confetti everywhere! It was funny because Alison spotted the beachball on the ceiling like
as soon as we got out to where they were doing the countdown.
Tonight, the girls were running around being silly and Lauren put on these silly socks and Alison put on Brad's gloves. And they both love to pose for photos! Such silly fun girls! :)
