Last week, Lauren had her first dance class. She was so excited to get there that we left our house WAY too early and we ended up driving around for a little bit. She looked so adorable in her pink leotard and her hair in a bun. When we got there, her two friends Madison and Carina were there, too, so they all walked in together and they were all super excited. While we were waiting for the class to start, the three of them were jumping up and down just so ready to get in there!
They let the parents go in for the last 10 minutes, and Lauren had taken off her shoes and taken her hair out of a bun, but she did the moves with the teacher and it was great to see them all together. I don't know that she retained anything because she wasn't able to show Daddy anything that she learned, but maybe in the next couple of weeks.
We are looking forward to a great year of dance!
