Alison's First....Day of Dance and school

First day of school!  This girl wore dresses ALL summer and then
the first day of school, she decides to wear pants.  Go figure!
And look at that attitude.  Such a sweet girl.

So, you know what they say about the middle child!  Poor Alison didn't get a blog about her first day of school yet and it was three weeks ago!  Alison is attending St. John's preschool two days a week, and she is in Miss Jennifer's class.  There are 8 kids total in her class which is so great! It is quite a preschool!  They have classes for two year olds, all the way up to junior kindergarten and the parking lot is pretty crazy in the mornings!  Each child purchased a St. John's bag and then Mum Mum took her bag and embroidered her name with some jewels so she knows which bag is hers.  She starts off each morning on the playground (or in the gym like today when it was raining), and she has given me no trouble at all.  Last week I asked her what her favorite part of school was and she said "Seeing Miss Jennifer," which was so sweet.  They keep her busy because she takes a really great nap on the days she goes to school.

She also started dance a couple of weeks before school started, and she is totally loving that as well!  She is doing ballet and tap, and she LOVES her teacher, Miss Lynn.  Every Monday, she asks me all day long "When do I get to see Miss Lynn?"  And she looks so stinking cute in her little leotard and tights!  And the only time she will let me put her hair in a ponytail is when we go to dance because she knows Miss Lynn will be upset with her if she doesn't wear her hair up.  She has made a friend, Amelia, in her dance class and we were out last Friday and she saw her and she talked about her non-stop all weekend.  So cute!!!
