Oh oh, Jaclyn fell over!
Lauren and I went on a girls road trip to West Viriginia so I could visit with my good friends Tammy, Laura, Shannon, Stacy  & Tracie, as well as two of Tammy's daughters, Megan and Clara, Stacy's daughter Jaclyn and Laura's daughter Grace (so far, Tracie is the only one who has a boy!).  And we needed to see Laura's beautiful new house (designed by her architect husband Adam).  The drive took about 6 hours, and Lauren was great the whole way...she watched some movies, listened to music, colored, ate snacks and took a little snooze.  It was perfect!

When we got there, Lauren was shy for about 2 seconds and then the rest of the time, she, Megan and Grace had a great time!  They played so well together the whole weekend, it was great!  Friday night, Laura made us a wonderful dinner and then we just hung out and talked.  Lauren's favorite thing was this little pink car that she was actually pretty good about driving around the house...she was even good at not running into the walls. The little girls didn't go to bed until about 10:30 so we watched a little of the royal wedding and then we were off to bed.

Saturday, we hung around the house and had lunch and then we went up to Oglebay Park so the girls could run around.   All Lauren wanted to do was play in the dirt and collect rocks, but she did frolic in the flowers for a bit with Grace and Megan.  The girls were asleep a little earlier on Saturday night, so the grown-up girls got to play a game for a little bit!

Sunday, we left pretty early so we could get back and spend some time with Nana & Papa before they headed back to Michigan.

It was a great weekend and so much fun to see all my girls!!!  We must do it again soon.  And Laura's house is absolutely gorgeous!
